To place an order you provide only your public Instagram username or a public post link. RaveGram never asks for, and it is against our policy to request, your account password or private access credentials. Keep your account details safe and never share them with anyone.

4. Orders and Delivery

Most orders begin within minutes of payment and complete within the time stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your account and package size. RaveGram works to deliver every order as quickly as possible.

5. Refill Guarantee

RaveGram offers a 30-day refill guarantee. If purchased followers, likes or views drop within 30 days of delivery for reasons within our scope, contact us and we will refill them at no extra cost. Refills are provided at RaveGram's reasonable discretion to keep your order complete.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Prices are displayed before purchase and no hidden charges are added. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid.

7. No Warranty
